After new member introduction, we discussed various ideas to grow the club. Some of the ideas are as follows:

1. Need to make the website live so that members can start advertising about the club.
2. Create a survey to get feedback from exciting members - Rishi
3. Invite a prominent and enthusiatic leader in Pune to become club's advisor. Suggested names:
    Lila Poonawala
    Deepak Shikrapurkar
    Anand Deshpande
4. Organize series of panel discussions to learn how to build a company. Invite Anand Deshpande, CEO of Persistent Systems for the discussion
5. Conduct a business plan competition for MBA students to increase awareness of the club within the Pune communtiy
6. Organize a public event in January to introduce the club to wider audience
7. Everyone felt that the existing members need to attend the meetings to keep the momentum going
8. Two members will make presentations in each meeting. During the presentation they can discuss about themselves, their company or any other topic they feel passionate about. This exercise will help the members "know" each other and form good relationships
9. Chat with Bootstrap-Austin members to learn about their activities and learn from their experience.


We will be having a conference call with Bootstrap-Austin to discuss how the two groups can work together in the future. I will send out the details as soon as we schedule the call.
