Focus on company growth & positioning - employees will follow. Positive side of employee turnover - old employees can become our ambassadors in new organisations. Also we get new employees who are already trained. Create followers : Leader has to guide the team to common vision. Employees are looking for guidence. We can try and see the suitability of prospective employee's mindset and plans to the company vision. Offer opportunity to specialise in the employee's area of interest. This may increase their interest in continuing. Offer Core roles to employees so that they develop a sense of ownership in the company operations. Team building through event management. But we need to evaluate its effectiveness from time to time. Be cautious in sharing ownership with emploeyees : Lot of care needs to be taken while framing articles of the company about share transfer. Professionalism & integrity : Create Buffer : Have additional employees to guard against sudden departures. Decision making power : People love to take decisions about their work Have genuine interest in employees' career growth.
